
Program Via Participatory Organic Certification is in progress. Already the committee has conducted four meetings. It was decided to adopt the standards of the National Organic Program (NOP) of the Department of Agriculture (USDA acronym in English) as the rules to allow the accreditation of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movement (IFOAM acronym in English) .
The requirements of IFOAM accreditation include the creation of a Civil Partnership, and establish a "flea market" of organic farmers. TOSMA, has already been established as Civil Association and is working with the Department of Environment, Ecology and Public Services of the Municipality of San Miguel de Allende to establish the "market place of agriculture.
TOSMA Steering Committee include:

- Teresa Martinez, founder of the Center for Agricultural Development, AC (CEDES)
- Simon Moreno, President of the Agricultural Cooperative Penon de Los Banos
- Gene Miller, and Professor of Organic Certification Certified Permaculture
- Rick Wendling, Founder of Green Map
