The New Green Revolution

Organic Way to invite the general public to the First Annual Eco Fair San Miguel del Allende to be held in the Parque Juarez, this Friday 19th, Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March. The motto "United for a Green Return" will show that protecting the planet is just possible if we return to the ancestral wisdom of caring for the earth!

VO is a sponsor of this important event held in conjunction with the Mayor's Office and a number of organizations with environmental responsibility.

Come and see our models of "vegetable gardens" that will continue to grow in the new batch of the Parque Juarez. We will also offer a "flea" organic agriculture for the duration of the fair.

Organic Way will offer workshops and lectures on health issues, environmental, social and economic as together we can solve all these problems. Figures being "organic" local and overseas include:

Jesus Ignacio (Nacho) Simon Zamora (Michoacan agronomist) who will present on the successful status of organic agriculture in Mexico and how it can remedy the climate crisis and environment facing Mexico and the world at large, while explaining basic techniques of organic agriculture. (Spanish)

Ronnie Cummins, director of Via Organic and Organic Consumers Association of the United States, who will explain how the global transition from conventional to organic agriculture and practices, including the kidnapping of dangerous carbon dioxide, methane and can reduce emissions while producing healthy crops resistant to drought or rain. (English and Spanish)

Ana Maria Quispe, Organic Way dietitian, who will explain the importance of eating organic healthy diet without toxic chemicals and agro-fair trade product to address degenerative disease epidemics facing Mexico and the world. (English and Spanish)

Luc Monzier manager Organic Way Farm School, who will present how the experiences of Way Organic and fair offer innovative models, economic downturns before facing the world, to improve and save the economy, bringing consumers closer to farmers, producers and shops. (Spanish and English)

Teresa Martinez founded the Center for Agricultural Development (CEDES) who state the 40 years history and work of this organization for local rural communities of Dolores Hidalgo. (Spanish)

Benigno Caltzonzin CEDESA instructor who will present and offer mini workshops in permaculture techniques and green building that offer a solution to expensive traditional systems, sources of pollutants. (Spanish)

thank CEDESA via organic and reflected on the significance of reaching back to what my grandparents and great grandparents practices related to their diet and healthy lifestyle.
I hope that when he finds another workshop has the opportunity to be with you, the times I went I found super interesting.
